OVERVIEW

Our adult rowing programs are for those of all athletic backgrounds and ages. We offer a variety of programs to match skill level and competitive interest. All programs take place on one of the most beautiful places to row in Canada, the Trent-Severn Waterway, National Historic Site. Introductory programs, like Learn to Row and Return to Row, provide participants with the basics of the sport in a fun, engaging and safe environment. The Adult Rowing League is a training group that is open to anyone with rowing experience who wants to row for fitness, health and fun. Competitive programs provide experienced rowers with the opportunity to train in a coached environment and compete at provincial, national and sometimes even international regattas.

Those who have not previously participated in a rowing program should first complete one Learn to Row and one Return to Row session before enrolling in the Rowing League.
